Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. The deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a future appointment if rescheduled within this timeframe.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or fail to show up without prior notice, 60% of the total treatment cost will be charged to the credit card on file.
