Before You Book

We want your visit to be seamless. Below are the most common questions about booking, cancellations, and what to expect when you arrive.

Book Now New to Head Spas?

Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. The deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a future appointment if rescheduled within this timeframe.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or fail to show up without prior notice, 60% of the total treatment cost will be charged to the credit card on file.

Please arrive on time to ensure you get the full treatment time. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, you will not be seen and will be charged as a no-show.

Yes, we perform treatments on sew-in extensions and dreadlocks. Please let us know ahead of time so we can adjust. We are not responsible for any damage to extensions or dreadlocks during or after the service.
