Cancellation Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. The deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a future appointment if you reschedule within this timeframe.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
If you cancel 48 hours or less before your appointment, or if you do not show up without prior notice, you will be charged 60% of the total treatment cost to the credit card on file.
Late Arrivals:
Please let us know if you are running late. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your treatment time may be reduced. If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will be charged as a no-show.
Hair Extensions:
We perform treatments on sew-in extensions and dreads but are not responsible for any damage that may occur to the extensions or dreads during or after the service.

To ensure the comfort and well-being of all our clients and staff, we kindly ask that individuals experiencing cough, runny nose, cold symptoms, or any signs of illness refrain from visiting our spa. If you are feeling unwell, we request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule your appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying symptoms of illness at the time of their appointment.
