For most people, once a month is ideal for maintaining scalp health. If you're targeting a specific concern, more frequent visits every 2 to 3 weeks may be recommended. Your esthetician will advise based on your consultation and analysis results.

Yes. We use clean, gentle products that are safe for color-treated and chemically processed hair. Your esthetician will ask about your hair history during the consultation and select products accordingly. Always mention any recent chemical treatments when you book.

Yes. We perform treatments on sew-in extensions and dreadlocks. Let us know ahead of time when you book so we can adjust accordingly. We are not responsible for any damage to extensions or dreadlocks during or after the service.

Our treatments are best suited for guests 10 and older. For younger guests, we're happy to accommodate as long as they are accompanied by an adult throughout the visit.
